I've posted a couple builds from my rad/rad tank if it may help at all and with your playstyle. Let me know if any issues opening them up;

Build (2), I mainly use across the board and for end-game content. Soft capped Melee Def, most powers have Alternate Enhancements to balance HP/Recharge. 1 KB prot can be subbed out too, as 14 pts usually suffices. Build (Def), purely for general use 1-50. Concealment set interchangeable for TP or Leadership set, Alternates as well for desired gameplay and balancing of bonuses. Preferred Alpha: Cardiac Radial Always open to suggestions and improvements, forever a working progress.
