I added the exclusion and it was still not working, but this morning it work. I guess it needed a reboot after putting the exclusion. I'm good now ty.

I had the same problem, running Avast and MalwareBytes, disabling the two of them works. I tried to add exception but that wasn't working. My game and tequila are on C: I'd like to find a best way to fix the problem because having no AV or malware protection is not safe.
