Hello everyone.
These were my goals (just a min/max theoretical exercise):
- No purps (although I couldn't avoid planning ATOs) or Incarnate buffs
- Perma everything (Hasten, Dull Pain, Link Mids) which is basically just permahasten in disguise
- HP cap (perma Dull Pain + accolades basically just does it)
- S/L defense AND resist cap. S/L was rather easy, but resist can't be done without Shield Wall IO
- Will Dom./ Scramble T./Will Dom./TK Blast/Dominate/Probe (requires blapping!) ST chain
- Pile as many AoEs as possible at once, could theorize a Shockwave + Scream + Tornado + 0.03s delay + Shockwave + Scream combo (Tornado will come up 1s after that)
- As much +dmg as possible, got +17.5%
Stuff I wish I could do without purples/extra ton cash:
- Fully ranged ST chain (can't afford another power on this)
- Fully cap S/L res.
- S/L def cap without CJ/level 49
- Heavily proccin' dominate, but 4 slots have been eaten by Basilisk's
- Even more slow res, since ANY slow for ANY amount of time will ruin the perma trio goodness
