VXander

Have done this repeatedly but it always remains white (as incomplete) and does not turn yellow. I've been going through all the story arcs trying to complete them all, ,I only have a handful left but this one I can't figure out how to make yellow after completion. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the contact being a valentines day contact in Atlas Park that is not physically there to talk to.
