Hey everyone I built this Plant/Psi/Ice Dom today and was wondering what yall thought of it. The main focuses of this build was defense and recharge with some procs thrown in as well. I tried to have a proc in most my attacking powers.
Some questions:
1. Had quite a time balancing recharge with defense. I was focusing on ranged defense mostly. Does anyone see in my build where I can get a bit more recharge in there without sacrifing defense?
2. Thoughts on procs in roots? I ended up swapping them out for some extra recharge but was curious of what yall thought.
3. Do yall see any other powers I should be proccing out instead?
4. Will 4 pts. knockback protection from Blessing of Zephyr be enough? I took acrobatics because I felt like that was a free slot and I could use some more protection.

So when I run the Freakish Lab of Dr. Vaz as a rogue I don't seem to spawn any Immature Paragon Protectors.
I've ran the story arc twice through Ouro and haven't spawned any.
Are they on the crey mission where you defeat Hopkins and click those glowies in the final room?
Do I have to be at -1 and x8 or can I do -1 and 1?
