So I was wondering anyone knew of a decent Radiation/Electric Armor build to get an idea. I have never made a melee character and normally play trollers. Thank you for any help!

I tried to do some research on builds for Dark/Regen, but had no such luck. I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions how one might build one. Thank you.
