Since clicking the link there, it's working now. I'll test again tomorrow morning and if it works, I think we're good.

As in the link provided or from the folder? I can click the link you posted, but I don't know where to find that anywhere in the system files/registry?

I am currently having issues with Tequila. I've reinstalled my game per the v2 guide (twice), installed it all directly to C:\Games\City of Heroes. I made sure to follow every single step, but Tequila won't let me play. It says: This has happened to me since two days ago, I have not had any Windows updates. Sometimes I can get in the game, but 90% of the time it does this. For example, I was just playing for a few hours and now suddenly can't hop in. Snipped screengrab included.
