Just started recently with my character that in my enhancement window I can hover a cursor over an enhancement and not get any pop-up information about it. Slotting enhancements doesn't show what it will do for the ability as any and all pop-ups that normally appear are not showing. Looking through all settings does nothing for it. It also doesn't effect other characters on the account, just individuals.
