I was running an ITF today, and noticed an issue with Drain Psyche. Its doing way more -regen then it should. So after checking I believe it may be benefiting from healing enhancement. SO what was originally a -500% regen is damn close to -1000% and with my alpha slot may in fact be the biggest -regen power in the game at -1082%.
