Praetorian mission, part of Crow's arc, played through Ouroboros. I believe the nightwidows that are rescued as part of this mission are supposed to be non-combatants due to their wounds, but they are not. If one of them dies (very likely given that they are only lieutenants) the mission goes into an uncompletable state.

It's not specific to masterminds, she did this to my brute as well. A GM suggested it might be something do with a confuse effect from myself or another enemy, but there is no combat before this for such an effect to land on her. (I don't think resistance has any units that inflict confuse) (In case it matters, I was doing the mission through the pillar of ice and fire)

Dark Armor: Dark Embrace has an effect where your entire character pulses to your FX color. There are multiple that have it, I think it's also associated with the minimal FX option for most powers. I find it incredibly nauseating, I assume that's why they made a version of the fx that (isn't supposed to?) have it. That customization option appears to be broken though, it's only slightly slowing it rather than eliminating it. I think it's slowing it rather than entirely stopping it. (or maybe I've removed some of the sources of the blinking, it's blinking at least less)
