My wife and I were just doing the Founder's Falls bank mission. While doing side missions I was the only one to experience any problems, on the disarm the bombs side mission I was unable to exit the mission and ended up being disconnected from the server. We started the mission again and during the stop the jailbreak mission I tried to exit the police station and fell through the map, I was able to be teleported and the same thing happened. Was able to be teleported again to the outside and had no further issues.
