The Warshade power Shadow Cloak from Umbral Aura didn't get changed when the stealth power pool got rebalanced, it's still using the numbers from the old version of Stealth. Given that it's basically just Stealth with a different freaky inkblot animation, I'm imagining that it wasn't an intentional decision to leave it with the older numbers.

Just as a note, you can go to Null the Gull in Pocket D to turn off that automatic tray in your UI.
