I just completed a Dark Astoria mission from Ephram Shaw. When I got the reward window, I was told I would only get 1 Incarnate Thread or Merit reward due to the time frame since my last reward. The problem is that I haven't used this character in well over a month, so I don't know why I wouldn't get the full reward.
