I'd actually have to think about that, assuming we are discounting the failed ideas. I had a max range ar/energy that looked a lot better on paper than in practice and hated the end result.

Had an AR/Nrg on legacy... Boost Range + Cones/Snipes is giggle fodder... But, the whole time, you're AR.

  2. O_O

Humbled, and too tired to try now. Brought my main (Spines/Ice Scrap) into 801.0 at +4x8 ('cause everyone else is doing it).

Spotted by the first mob... +Per!? Nice.

Corner pull out of paranoia, only half, not bad...

BU>Spine Burst>Jump out to Throw Spines... Dead.

    Holy shit.

    Nice. Ow.

  3. Another +1 Spines/Ice - Amazing combo, and Chilling/Quills/Icicles acts as a half-taunt aura, thanks to lotsa of hate, debuffs, and stacking slows.

An easier way to obtain the Pirate badge is to run the "An Arachnos Ghost Story" story arc from Veluta Lunata.  You can find it in Ouroboros levels 10 - 14 range.  Run the first mission at x3 should be sufficient, x4 if you're paranoid.

Appreciated, forgot that HC got rid of the badge requirement to unlock her.

Another suggestion - please include the name of the accolade somewhere next to the badge.  That way, if we already have an accolade prior to viewing, we can easily see what we're missing.

This will also be done when I dig into it again, and/or work on the blue parallel. Busy with work and license renewal for EMS.

    - the lrsf annihilator badge required for marshal?

You are correct, the Annihilator badge is still required for Marshal and seems to be missing from Errants' list above.  Good catch!

    SHIT! Thank you, editing.

This is why I threw this out there. Crowd-sourced QC... I forget that Marshal is such a PITA with the dual req of 4th arc completed and running LRSF... Though, should be nicer with it available in Ouros.

  7. Due to the current patching while looking at the rewards, they've unlocked the badges for all.

This means that the personal mission at the VERY end of Mr G's arc (new Praetorian content, Redside - Lvl 50 24.14) would be the quickest, as it is literally ONLY dialogue. Can confirm it works to unlock the new badges, hadn't tried for older badges on an alt.

I haven't played a Controller in a very long time... since somewhere around Issue 7.  I'm strongly contemplating making an Illusion/Dark Affinity Controller.  Assuming that I slot attuned IO enhancement sets as I level, how easy or difficult would it be to solo red side with?

I rolled Ill/Dark for my wrong-side project... Great fun leveling up through red content, toys constantly unlocking.

Here is the build i use for my ill/dark:

    Ranged def is capped

    74.98% S/L resist

    perma hasten

PA is 1.47 sec off being perma

strong debuffs, lots of -to hit with Darkest Night and Spectral Terror.

Tactics is there for the Chance for Build Up proc. Otherwise its pretty self explanatory 🙂 hope you enjoy!

Gonna have to compare my build to yours... I think I see some tricks that I like there.

If you haven't tried regen on a sentinel yet, I do recommend it.  👍

As a Kat/Regen Scrap Main from legacy... I want Sent Regen for ALL AT's.

And I've a Beam/Nrg (Gundam) and Dark/SR (Fae) at 50, both are amazing and fun. The Beam is IO'd and soft-capped shenanigans. The Dark is just lightly IO'd, but still very useful (haven't made an expensive build for him, yet).

However, I keep making grabby hands at Sentinel Regen... May roll an Elec/Regen (haven't ever played an Elec/ Blast to 50 yet).

It feels like this is the time to do some power reordering in this set. Brimstone is all the way at tier 8, and 26/35 is a long time to make a character wait for their primary protection from fire attacks, given how common they are. Minerals, on the other hand, is a tier lower than that, even though psychic damage is very rare below the 30s outside of Praetoria.

    3 hours ago, JayboH said:

Yeah I could see that being switched, but what about swapping Brimstone's placement with Mud Pots instead?

How about swapping Stone Skin and Brimstone? Fire Pro low, auto power at level 35.

Yeah it wasn't that close to shutdown.  Back then PVP recipe drops were incredibly rare and the +def and +res uniques were going for inf cap and above.  If I really needed one for a build I had to grind out 30 alignment missions (not tip missions) to get 30 alignment merits I could use to directly buy the recipe.  Took a long time.  There was a timer on tips or alignment missions, I don't remember, but you could only do them so fast.

So anyway  yeah tips were out long enough for me to get those uniques put into a number of my builds, so it wasn't that close to shutdown.

5 Alignment Tips/Day. Forget if you could do the alignment mission day 2 or not...

Public Fame may be earned by characters for completing Alignment Missions. Each Alignment Mission completed will award one point of Public Fame corresponding to the mission's alignment. Whenever a point of Public Fame is earned, a character will also be awarded a corresponding Alignment Point.

Characters may only possess a maximum of five points of Public Fame at any time, and each point will expire 20 hours of real time after being earned.

If a character currently has five points of Public Fame and completes another Alignment Tip Mission, no additional Public Fame is awarded and no Alignment Points are earned.

  12. Went through all my alts, liquidated any TO's I found (tricky, as I've a habit of selling stuff frequently, owing to running with 2x EXP all the time)... Results below. Also, were you just keeping it to 20 as the upper end (as I found 21/22 TO's on one toon)?

    JACKPOT!!!!

Whelp, that was a fun exercise to catch! 152 million, with 4 toons having winning items! Shame I can't play anymore, as I've listed all the TO's I have, and I won't get anymore. Thank you!
