didnt get any luck in discord asking around. gave up and am dusting off an old dying elitebook i have with a garbage nvidia quadro card. it seems that the fix was working until a recent update so hopefully the instructions just need to be updated or it is something that can be patched

[rolling Titan or BS/Invul recomendations]

i used to play coh but it was probably 50/50 on time spent in character creator and playing the actual game so i never got into any builds. im running a quasi-rp Kuwabara so sword plus invul makes sense from an rp standpoint. but im unsure if i should go for titan weapon or broadsword.

 

will be mostly playing duo party with my gf so tanky and aoe is more what im going for so she can kinda run whatever build she wants. 

 

also any power recommendations?

I Have Uninstalled Windows 10, reformated my Hard drive  and reinstalled Windows 10 and updated my all of my drivers and all of my other programs. and I still cant get City of Heroes to run with out the "Failed to Create OpenGL Rendering Context" Message

same issue. shim no longer working for intel hd 3000 it seems. tried using ig4icd64.dll as well as ig4icd32.dll.

 

win10 64 bit 1903

driver version 9.17.10 5459

 

i may try running a linux vm to see if that gets me any luck
