Villain can't log in - Stuck on Port Oakes load screen

Weirdly I logged in on an old laptop and it loaded first time. Now in Cap and no problems on my main system. Might be worth a shot if you have another computer hanging around! -
As the subject alas. While trying to play my villain I get stuck loading Port Oakes. It gets about a third of the way there, sloooooowly creeps up then logs me out for inactivity :( I've re-validated the files a few times and everything else is silky smooth. Any ideas folks?

All of the RPing was the favourite moments but also running through striga being followed by a load of warwolves because I hadn't turned the Aura of Taunty doom off on my Fire tank. My uncle, a stone tank, was trying to taunt them off me so I didn't die but they wanted that firey hunk of meat! It was hilarious. -
I remember the Lady and Cyrene damn well! Great to see ya!

I remember (vaguely!) a few names here! I usually RP'd with Chaotic Good or Cpt All Your Base (or Doug to his friends!). Good times!
