Wiings

Need some help. I have completed the scorpion's arc, received the stinger accolade badge, talked to Recluse and back to Scorpion, but i do not have the selections for the powersets. is there something i still need to do?

I have made all selections available for each page of creation and have not found the arachnos soldier or widow on any os the sctreens, Anyone know why that is? and yes I chose the red side.
