Hello! Haven’t played in a few years. Always been a scrapper / blaster player. I’d like a build to look at if possible. I’m unfamiliar with doms but I’m excited to play one. Generally I like max s/l defenses and perma hasten (which I assume is a prereq for perma dom- whatever this means). please share and discuss your builds with me!
