My friend was trying to make an account and accidentally entered the wrong year for their birthday. Now it keeps giving Error code: 2C223/7/must be 13 to play every time she tries to make an account with her correct birthday. She even tried to clear her browsing history/cookies/cache/etc. What can she do to create an account?
