Love this game, and I have learned so much about making builds effcient by reading the forums, but I have a question that the answer just confounds me. I have a stalker. I have slotted in Build Up. Adjusted Targeting: To Hit Buff, To Hit Buff/Recharge and Recharge. From what I gather, you do not want to put any recharge in Build Up if you plan to slot Gaussian's Chance for Build up, because it will actually make it trigger less. Keeping that in mind, in the Tactics pool power, I slot Adjusted Targeting:To Hit Buff, To Hit Buff/Endurance reduction and Gaussian's chance for build up. My question is this sound based on the mechanics of procs?

I prefer lightning bolt instead of charged bolt and I at first choose an epic, but then respeced out of it. If you have the right incarnates: the mobs will not have endu to really do you harm. I'm not sure if the mechanics are broken, but on this build if you choose Overload, it doesn't seem to crash. I have a lot of different alts but this one always seems to be may favorite.
