It was the volume mixer, thank you! It got muted somehow.

Last night I played and everything was normal. Today I log in and there's no sound at all. AFAIK I didn't change anything, and my audio settings are unchanged. I ran the re-validate in the tequila launcher and it says everything is fine. Sound works in other programs, it's only CoH that's affected. I tried rebooting. I'm running on a laptop with Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.
