Hi there! I was looking in City of Data v2.0 (https://cod.uberguy.net./html/power.html?power=tanker_melee.katana.parry&at=tanker) when I saw that Divine Avalanche has a "Replaces existing effect" flag for the +15% defense. The other AT versions of Divine Avalanche have a "Stacks with existing effect". Can anyone please confirm if this Tanker Divine Avalanche does not stack? Tanker: Scrapper:
