Thanks for explaining it to me; I'm working on just revising the whole build and scrapping the procs entirely, as a very helpful player suggested in game. The extra damage isn't worth it if I'm just going to rack up hospital bills.

Alright, so I managed to revise the build with a suggestion from my SG lead. I don't know if it's accurate in Pines, but all my defenses and damage resists are all overcapped (Barrier Core Epiphany). I don't really mind, but now I feel like I need to dial the build back a bit. If you're looking, feel free to try it out. Hi folks, I made this build a while back, but I'm having doubts with its ability to actually survive higher level content, along with soloing things, say +4/8 radio missions. Is it sufficient? Edit: The two builds I posted aren't good.
