I know I'm beating a dead horse with a wagon full of dead horses, BUT this is the build I am pondering. I want this character to be a generic go-to for any content. I would like to keep Choking Cloud and World of Confusion, but not sure if I have optimal slotting choices on them (if anyone can make a rather convincing argument as to why I should just drop them, by all means, go for it). Flash might be overkill, but I kept it in the build. I'm a big fan of overkill, but I want the usual bases covered first. I haven't seen Force Feedback in the phantom, but it seems like it fits there...not sure if it works the way I think it will though.
Are there any gaps or holes I should be aware of? Any obvious choices that I just blindly missed?
Basically I want: Perma-Hasten, PA, AM. Psi Tornado on every mob.
Thanks in advance!
