Nemesis has to be involved in this somehow...

Right. I was picturing building the build right from Level 7 (earliest one can slot any IO)...

Most builds that are not made specifically for 20 content will lose the majority of their set bonuses. Attuned or not. There is a floor to most sets 20+ 25+ and a lot of the best srts are 30+. A custom built 20 will be rocking winters purples and pvps to get around this.
Shouldn't that be Winters, ATOs, and PVPs? Remember, you can't slot an actual purple (aka Ragnarok, Armageddon, etc) until 50.

Maybe it's different for other ATs, but my experience exemplaring down my 50 tanker to even as far as 20 is that it still feels stronger than any natural 20. I can see it being a bigger deal on a Blaster that was enjoying soft-capped defense at 50 losing all that going down to 20 and having their attacks no longer even enhanced to ED cap on damage. But I would still wonder if all the other benefits outweigh that vs. a natural 20 blaster who is just as fragile but is probably struggling more with endurance or slower recharge on powers than the exemplar.
I have to just chime in with a good example...
Posi-1 on a 50 exemped down vs on a brand spanking new L8 hero is a whole different experience...altogether...

Its just the cones and lines that hit one person when, if you had been back where you were supposed to be, you could have hit 12 (not 12, like 5 or 7, I dont know what the cap is but you see what I am saying)Sounds good in theory, but the greater majority of the time, your AoE / Cone target ends up being the one to randomly run off past you away from the rest of the group, turning your AoE or Cone into a single target attack.

Let's blame it on Ouroborus.
It's been a source of problems that leads to other website/forum problems. The Powers-That-Be are reviewing options to see if the problems can be mitigated on our side or if we need third parties to make changes.
Since it's Ouroborus' fault, we have no idea when it might be fixed. It might be fixed before we even know there's a problem and therefore, never had this conversation! Time travel makes my head hurt.
Sorry for the loss of the calendar service. I'll let you know more when I know more.
In the meantime, may I suggest to those that had calendared events to create a post on the appropriate server sub forum and add a reminder post as necessary for repeating events along with whatever new information might be relevant (like new leaders, strategies, times, etc.)
It could also be a Nemesis plot. But considering who is running Ourburritos...

Not since maybe the reign of Queen Victoria. Utterly BS grammar rule.
I believe that the correct response to that correction is to simply repeat the statement, but instead of finishing with a period, finish with a comma and "jerk" instead. (or something heavier hitting...)

And Cloud Senses (also caps at 30), Luck of the Gambler (caps at 40)
Luck of the Gambler goes to 50, and starts at 25. It does not cap at 40.

A few examples of good sub-50 sets are Touch of Death, Reactive Armor, and Decimation...notice how these all go up to level 40. There is also Cloud Senses that only goes up to 30 but has really good set bonuses (plus the fact that it only competes against one set, and that one set has extremely shitty bonuses).
Miracle is another one that caps out at 40, and is perfectly usable as well, not just the unique.

now you are thinking like an OG Dev
Just imagined running Mr. G's arc and doing it all in Nerva (except the first and last missions), and the door always being "That one"
That is one I always do in Pocket D myself, since the mission doors except first and last, are always in the zone they are taken in.

Thinking some more, I often will figure out, what shortcuts are available. There are a ton of different routes between zones.
1) Trains, in zone, they don't even slow you down with a loading screen
2) Various helicopters, especially the PvP ones
3) Pocket D shortcut
4) Ouro
5) Tunnels
6) Even those actual connections...
7) Superbase portals
Paragon Dance Party in Steel to get to Power Island in IP...

Speaking of running all over the place, I'm always a little surprised how few people use a base teleporter to train instead of hoofing it all the way to the zone's trainer and back when on a mission/radio team.
That is probably because more often than not, teams never wait for everyone to get into the mission before starting, and the mission is often close to done by the time they are done training...

My gang has standardized "the line" at 700 yards.
Do they at least allow for team members to actually take time to train up between missions though, or is the mission usually mostly done by the time training is done and they actually get inside the mission?

I would love if the Master of badges were title options.
So, you can't click on them to set your title? If so, you could likely still make it a title using the /settitle command if you know the badge number.
The one I remember most was /settitle 215, which allowed my Ice/Rad Controller back on Live to have Snowbeast as his title. Back then, gladiator badges could not be set as titles by directly clicking on them. Perhaps that can be done with the MO badges if you know the badge number?

Romeo Oscar Foxtrot Lima, over.
Now deciding what sort of a hero a Charlie Foxtrot would be... Probably taken on all servers by now anyway.

I would say we are out of that and offer an India Papa Alpha as a replacement.

An Enchancement refers to a enhancement that drops by chance. This person is playing while just using drops. Which explains their great difficulty in playing… anything.
I thought that was called living off the land, which is a whole 'nother kind of challenge...altogether.

MOs, it looks like.

I'm mostly on Everlasting, but have been known to visit Excelsior occasionally.

That actually sounds fun. I may give it a shot one of these times.
Right now, debating whether or not I want to log in and do stuff or finally go do some weeding outside and get more stuff planted.

Been playing for years and have no idea what a MO TF is. If it is anything like a 4 star, then it is a nope, not after the first and only 4 star I tried (not knowing it was 4S and not even knowing what a 4S was)

Hurricane was when I learned that KB/KU/KD and repel are two completely different mechanics, with the latter being unaffected by KB->KD enhancers. Probably would have figured that out sooner if Hurricane was not able to take KB enhancers, what with the power having both KB AND Repel... :)
When I am on a Stormie now, I tend to use hurricane as a rear echelon power, giving squishies a refuge in which they can heal and recover when needed.

Where is the SILENT SENTINEL badge in Atlas Park?
in General Discussion

It took me about 4 or 5 new characters before I finally adjusted my pattern for Atlas Park on the badges and plaques.
