If you wanted new powers what would it be?

I wouldn't mind seeing a melee powerset based around flails/nunchaku/meteor hammers, but the animations might be tricky. -
I'm pretty sure the answer is, "It's not something that can be done.", but can you copy a base from one server to another? Basically, is there an "Export base" and "Import base" option? (Obviously, you couldn't/shouldn't be able to copy over Inspiration/Salvage/Recipes/Enhancements/etc.)
