Scotty too Hotty

I did notice that I could put the power in my tray and use it as well. It looked like an effect. I did a repec and took the same power but the bug was still there.

My pyrotechnic controller has weird powers showing up in the pool powers section. It also has enhancement slots. I believe this is probably a bug.
