Frostfire's Foiled Gambit, one of the morality missions for rouge's, spawns in Frostfire as a blue target instead of a red target. Frostfire being defeated is needed to finish the mission. Thankfully leaving some enemies alive allows them to beat Frostfire and allowing you to finish it.
