I have two accounts. After gathering money on one character on account A, I attempt to trade the money to my character on account B. The system log shows "you traded x influence for Nothing," but the second character never receives the money. It is missing from the first character's balance, and doesn't add to the second's.
Neither were anywhere near the influence cap, and I was only ever trading about 30-60 million influence at a time. It happened a number of times before I finally realized what was going on. Several times I'd complete the trade and view the second character's balance and think to myself "hmm, that's a much lower number than I'd expect," but I assumed I just was reading things wrong. I finally caught it for 100% sure, and realized what had been happening.
I've used e-mailing the influence as a workaround, and haven't seen that issue arise via e-mail.
Kind of frustrated because it's lost me a couple hundred million influence before I realized what was happening.
