So i was playing on the server a couple of years ago and decided to come back. had forgotten my password but reset it by having it sent to email no problem. behold my surprise when i log in to all my characters across all servers are gone. I've somehow created a whole new account while using the same email and forum account? and i can tell my old global name and character names are still there as i cannot use them. Tips? am i SOL?
