Stalker > Energy Punch: Crit damage was hitting for too little damage. This has been fixed
Sorry for reinstating but I didn't see an acknowledgement for this issue so I'll rephrase in my own words what was observed.
I understand this change was for Stalkers since the recharge for Power Crash is 16s instead of 9 for all other ATs. This means Stalkers's Power Crash per the design formulas should cost 15.184 endurance ideed.
Howerver the change was applied to all AT's meaning that for Scrappers, Brutes and Tankers which have 9s recharge for Power Crash, the cost is also 15.184 instead of 9.36 which breaks the design formulas so it suggests this was not intended.

Sounds like its the other way around actually.
This power now grants a 4s untouchable buff
- If you attack while this buff is active, both the Untouchable buff and the Hover buff will be cancelled
- If you have been in combat in the last 10 seconds, phase will not be triggered
- In PvP, using teleport 3 times within a 30 second window will trigger No Phase

Taking a minute to say thanks for the hard work and what a fine job you folks made there. The "Fast Travel" button alone is a godsend for my bars. You could just have disabled the GM-only command to address the issues it generated but you guys sure went the extra mile. Aside from the fact that we should rename the general chat "Read the Patch Notes" I enjoy my new toys.
Kudos on making Pocket D the first choice in LRT, you know me so well.

Hi! Still happening here too. Exact circumstances for me are usually:
- Changing the graphics quality via the slider
- Zoning
I've sent the report with memory dump each time so I hope this helps. Zoning alone if I don't touch the slider seems fine. Seems like a new behavior AFAIK.

You aren't alone. I had a similar experience yesterday. Had a bunch of superpacks on the side and I had a need for some ATOs so I opened two of them. Then I zoned to check something on the market and proceeded to try and open some more packs but nothing happened. No error message or system chat warning. My item counter on the packs also didn't go down. I right-clicked and hit open a few times, zoned again and clicked some more to no avail. I finally decided to log off and back on and I my chat got suddenly spammed with all the packs I had opened (roughly 11 of them... yeah I know.. less coffee).
While this seems anecdotal, I don't recall having a similar issue in the "recent past".

Here's my take on it. My main focuses were:
-High E/N resists
-Plugging the Psi hole (resist-wise)
-A fair amount of Global Rech
-Skipping the Winter and Purple Sets (can't be bothered to pay for em)
-Not relying on a specific Incarnate Alpha/Destiny
-High HP (over the Cap with Accolades and DP up in that case)
Thought it further demonstrated Hyper's point that there's more than one way to build so long as your goal is clear.

If you go with Psyonico's idea of dropping SJ for Consume I suggest the following:
Performance Shifter End Mod + PShifter Proc in Stamina
Miracle + Panacea Procs in Health
And don't forget to turn off Tough 😛
I don't have end issue on spines fire but I went the cheap route so our slotting is very different to say the least. My concern was to be somewhat viable elsewhere too so I upped S/L res a bit more.

So for this "it was too good for too long" nerf (cause lets face it, its a nerf being half the uptime of the current Soul Drain) which I guess I can understand but I considered you already pay the "tax" of having to pick 2 powers before you can get it.
The concept you came sounds fun but the one thing that will be build altering a lot is the change of nature now being ranged AoE. The IO sets for ranged AoE are relatively different from Melee sets and don't offer Melee defense for example. I see this bit being rather annoying and won't help with what will probably already be a quite unpopular modification.
