Thanks Marine. I tried that and it did not work but that was a very good idea. I just caved and reset both passwords and that worked so I am now able to play. Thank you.

Hi there, I was previously playing with a Tequila launcher on my old PC. I have downloaded the new Homecoming launcher on a new PC, gone to the Game Account on the forums site and reset my password through email recovery. I attempt to log into the Homecoming launcher with my Game Account username and password and I get the following error: Am I doing something wrong?
