@Frostweaver and anyone else...
I made a similar build as the one you posted but I get wildly different results in two areas: Misc Buffs - Haste and Damage.
Can someone explain where the different results for those two stats are coming from?
Also, take a look and see where it can be improved?
The goal is a high dps SJ/WP Brute. (I know there are better options for high dps, but that's what alts are for!)
The concept beyond high dps is high recovery, regen, def/res; in that order.
Money is no object. (I mean, I'm dirt poor in-game and not even level 50 yet, but I want to see what a maxxed out build would look as a far future, or even unobtainable goal.)
