I tend to go S/L/E as it's a little easier to accomplish but attempt to get my ranged at 30 something so I know I can always pop a purple if need be. Hasten isn't a priority but again I do try and get it close to perma and there's always agility alpha that can always help boost recharge and defense but not by a huge amount.
