    She downloaded 2019 visual studios c++ and it fixed the issue.

    Downloaded fine Tried replacing xinput1_3 dll Tried running as Admin My mate downloaded it at the same time and it runs with no problems. Could it be because game is not installed on C drive? Seems farfetched but I'm stumped.
