Don't get me wrong, I'm for more modernization/community building, but this is literally not what Twitch Drops are. This is a raffle put on by a streamer done at their own discretion.
Twitch Drops, by definition, are given automatically by the game server after watching the streamer for X amount of time. It can be automatic if your game is set up for Twitch's API, or done by giving a code. - https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/drops/
I'm for ideas like this, but I think titling them Twitch Drops is implicitly iffy because not everyone who watches will get the 'drops', which is antithetical to what people expect when they see 'Drops'.
