Hey guys, I'm struggling to find a good build online that uses Elec/Shield/Mu Mastery. I have found a lot of conflicting opinions and/or builds that don't utilize those powers. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Additionally, It would be great to have some cheaper enhancements, rather than the absolute best builds if possible. Thanks a lot!
