I used to have a really nice Fire/Kin build that I loved back in the day. Have seen a few similar builds but one thing I haven't noticed people doing is slapping Celerity: +Stealth into Super Speed. Doing this automatically activates stealth any time you use SS. SS itself actually reduces threat some by itself, so combined with the stealth from the Celerity: +Stealth enhancement, you can run right into the middle of a group and they won't react to you at all until you are engulfing them in flames. Works wonders. 😄

As a roleplaying tool, I used to love the Ouroportal site. I'm not sure, but I believe it is part of the Titan Network. I was happy to see the site is still around, still has all the old character profiles and stories that were there before, but sadly, it doesn't seem anyone has touched it since Homecoming. Is the site still viable? Is there any interest among roleplayers to put it to use?

Clarified what I changed from the original build posted
Here is a variant I worked up, based on the one posted by Jaro The main difference is that I moved the second slot from Combat Jumping over to Super Speed and placed two Celerity Set IOs (Run Speed and Stealth) in. In addition to adding the stealth, the combination of the two adds additional resistances for Lethal and Smashing as well as Mez Resistances. Feedback welcome and appreciated.
