Is there a way to set a macro or keybind that would allow me to summon them when in one costume and immediately change to a different default costume?

I asked in help where to find the customization. They said go look in the tailor, it will say customize near the phantom army. I nothing that says customize my phantom army except at the top and it wont allow me to change the look of my PA the only options that are appear from the drop down are listed in the second screen shot. I found the third thing and don't know what that is, other than it lists game powers and reminds me of AE but nothing is loadable from the third picture. Is my screen missing something, on how to customize the look of Phantom Army? I did find this.
