Hey - thanks for getting back to me. Yes I have downloaded the HC launcher several times (both from the main page and then from the FAQ page) but no luck still! Any other ideas to get it working are appreciated!

Hello, I am trying to install the new launcher and am able to get up to the point where I select 'yes' to carrying across user data from an old Tequila installation. I then get a bar that says completing installation but once this has finished I am not presented with the installation EULA and nothing more happens after this point. I have also tried the installation without copying data across from Tequila and the same issue occurs. Could anybody suggest a fix for this issue please? Thanks!
