[Performance Shifter +End in Conductive Aura]

Is performance shifter's proc +End supposed to function in electric control's Conductive Aura? I don't see mine working in my lvl 26 elec / earth dominator while monitoring combat chat and combat attributes. I've looked at both my and my pet stats in the combat log.

 

Not sure if there's something I don't understand about the proc or if there's a bug somewhere.

 

Thanks if anyone knows an answer.
