Nevermind! I think my installation was a legacy install. I redownloaded and reinstalled it to a different directory and now it is updating.

It has been a while since I played and thought I would log in tonight and play a little bit. But I am getting an update error. The launcher launches and can log in. But I can not update at all. It keeps erroring out. When I go into settings and click update it says the launcher is up to date.
