Why do the arcs need to be rotated? Is there a reason we can't have a growing pool of full exp arcs? -
Is there a reason content has to be rotated? Like a hard limit on how many missions can be devs choice or something? Because if that'a not the case, I personally dont care if theres a ton of good story missions to run, I'd strongly prefer that to booting good missions out of the list.
