In the first mission you get from Henry Peter Wong (defeat "Name" and minions), when you come across a group with a mortificator and 2 reapers, the reapers don't react. They won't react even after you start attacking them, whether or not the mortificator is defeated. Cadavers react properly.

Once I upgraded Targeting Drone on my AR/DEV blaster, the No-Interrupt feature on Sniper Rifle is always on. I think this destroys the je ne sais quoi of the power and would like to disable it. Is there a way, like something in Settings?
