Correct me if I am wrong here, but I assumed the "Frequent Commuter" day job passive would increase all speeds and not reduce flight speed? The power itself seems to work correctly when checking the speed in the like "powers" tab. But the tool tip itself seems to call out a decrease in flight speed.
