Morality mission not rewarding alignment merit

I actually received only 40 Reward merits the first time that I did a Morality Mission. I just did reaffirm my morality for the second time and got 40 Reward Merits again, no Alignment Merit. EDIT: And I see in the patch notes that this seems to be WAI, no more alignment merits
