[Focused Feedback: Powerset - Regeneration / Proliferation to Tankers]

Noticed slotting Ailment Resistance with a Health IO at level 50 only adds 17 HP.   Seems to me no point in slotting it or just making it the resident slot mule is the best option.   I have to wonder, though.  What would have been the issue of adding the effects of this power, minus the +HP, to Resilience?  Just wondering.

[Focused Feedback: New IO Sets (Build 2)]

For Preemptive Optimization, I think 3.75% recharge is too low for it to need 5 slots to use.  Other uncommon sets like Crushing Impact and Doctored Wounds have 5% recharge at the same slotting.  I think it should be moved up or raised to 5% to be in line with the rest of the uncommon sets that have recharge bonuses at the 5th slot.  On that same note, why was, Bombardment a rare set, reduced to 5%?  That's what the uncommon sets have at the 5th slot.

[Sands of Mu]

Sands of Mu wont be changed.  Ive actually had the same concept idea as you.  The thing to do is get a lot of recharge.  With enough recharge, you can do shadow maul, sands of mu, shadow maul seamlessly.  Just drop flurry.  Its not a good power and even though its rapid punches, its not a good fit in the way it looks and that small pause before the punches... no.

One time, I was doing Croatoa missions via flashback.  I saw in the broadcast that Sally was up.  Now, I cant join other teams while doing flashback so I just jumped over to the lake and helped myself then went right to the mission.
