Eastern is currently -4 and won't be -5 until Daylight Savings ends on 3 Nov. Assuming your Eastern time is based on a server Zulu time, it would actually be 10:30pm Eastern. And is that 02:30Z on 1 Nov or 10:30pm Eastern on 1 Nov? Also, can we get official input on how to "claim" a released name? Can it be done through the name change on the character select menu or do we need to create a new hero to claim the name first? Thanks!
