Doom, I love how this looks at first glance. Thank you so much for the assistance. I am still low level (15), playing with friends, so I am going to use it and will let you know if I make any changes along the way due to actual gameplay. Again, thank you!

Hi all. Hopefully someone out there has a Fire/Emp build that they can share. I'm not great at theorycrafting, so I've just started out taking what looks decent. But I would be very appreciative for any builds that I can follow. No luck finding any existing ones by searching so far. Thanks in advance.
