I can't seem to find a copy of the final build after making the changes above. I am not sure how I misplaced it. Basically I ended up with the build from my original post, plus most of the tweaks described by Warshades, except I ended up sticking with Focused Accuracy instead of Dominate, and I did not change the Stamina slotting. The other changes were small tweaks that were clear improvements. I definitely liked having Ageless.
As for performance, I would describe myself as a novice player who isn't really pushing the limits, but I found it more or less just what I wanted. Pretty straightforward in terms of tankiness with a smooth single target and AOE attack chain, and some great sustain plus added AOE from the armor set. It was an offense-first combo by tank standards, and the sets are both strong and fun, and then have synergy with each other (from the Force Feedback procs mostly) that make it even stronger. One downside for me was that damage type of the enemies made a big difference and I didn't really understand the enemy types well enough to expect it before I was suddenly flattened on a few occasions (psi and cold damage being the weak spots). The resists very a lot by type which I found a little hard to optimize around or otherwise manage compared to something with smooth positionals like shield. But still, overall I really liked it and recommend the combo.
One other caveat is that this build was pre-tank-nerf, I have not played since the nerf, and while I understand it was not nearly so bad a nerf as it was originally slated to be, it sounds like it may have affected rad armor more than some other sets. While I suspect rad is still a strong contender, the changes may have impacted the ideal slotting in ways I haven't yet experienced myself. Hope you enjoy the combo!
